Día de los Muertos

We spent a few extra days in Mexico than we had planned. Unfortunately Sheri fell at the cenote a few days ago and hurt her hand. It was still swollen so we decided to go see a doctor and get x-rays. It wasn't broken, but the doctor recommended a brace. We stayed a couple nights at an AirBnB on the beach in Akumal. Went snorkeling for the first time. Saw some nice fish and corrals, but not outstanding. The highlight of staying a couple extra days was seeing some of the Day of the Dead festivities in Playa del Carmen. Spent our last night in Mexico at a nice campground just north of Chetumal, then on to Belize.
